Secretary
Janisha “Jae” Martinez serves as Co-Founder and Treasurer of Kingdom Keeperz. She is a community initiative leader and entrepreneur with a background in contract law and strategic business development. She is the founder of JDM Solutions and has led community based initiatives since 2020.
She founded Collective Consciousness, a digital dialogue based creative community that grew to over 28,000 members. Through that platform, structured initiatives were developed that later evolved into formal programming under Kingdom Keeperz.
With a long standing passion for film and creative arts, Jae began organizing artists through digital platforms such as Clubhouse before intentionally bringing structured arts programming into the local Jersey City community. This transition led to the development of Creative Zone JC as a structured in-person arts education initiative.
As Treasurer, she oversees fiscal planning, budget management, and sustainability strategy, ensuring responsible financial stewardship while expanding access to creative programming.
Briana Martinez serves as Co-Founder and Executive Director of Kingdom Keeperz. With a background in public relations and entrepreneurship, she brings professional experience in brand development, communications strategy, and creative talent management.
As a self-run entrepreneur and music industry creative, Briana understands both the artistic and business sides of creative careers. Since the organization’s early community initiatives in 2020, she has played a central role in shaping its vision and operational direction.
Following formal incorporation in 2025, she assumed executive oversight of program development, governance alignment, community partnerships, and strategic growth to ensure long-term sustainability and structured impact.
Dahiana Frias serves as Secretary of Kingdom Keeperz, bringing over 15 years of professional banking experience, including a decade in bank management.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree and has extensive experience in financial operations, compliance procedures, and risk oversight. Her background in banking strengthens the organization’s internal controls, documentation standards, and fiscal accountability.
In addition to her financial career, Dahiana is the founder of her own e-commerce business and digital marketplace, bringing entrepreneurial insight and operational discipline to the board.
As Secretary, she oversees governance documentation, compliance processes, and board records to ensure structured and responsible nonprofit operations.
Governance & Accountability
Kingdom Keeperz is governed by a three-member Board of Directors responsible for fiscal oversight, strategic planning, and compliance. The organization operates under a formal conflict of interest policy and maintains documented board meeting minutes and financial review procedures.
While two board members are related, all governance decisions are conducted through structured voting processes and documented review. Financial oversight is separated from program implementation to ensure transparency and accountability.
The Executive Director manages program delivery, while the Treasurer oversees financial reporting and budget compliance.
This structure ensures ethical governance and measurable community impact.
Our Commitment
Together, the leadership of Kingdom Keeperz operates with a shared commitment to ethical governance, operational excellence, and measurable community impact. The organization remains focused on expanding structured creative arts programming while maintaining responsible financial stewardship and long-term sustainability.
