Accessibility Statement

Kingdom Keeperz and Creative Zone JC are committed to ensuring our programs are accessible to all members of the Jersey City community.

Our sessions are held in accessible community venues. The Cannabis Place Community Impact Room is ground level with no steps. Kvibe Studios provides ramps and elevator access. These spaces allow participants with mobility challenges to enter, move freely, and participate comfortably.

Sessions are structured to allow flexible participation. Activities can be completed seated or standing. No participant is required to perform physical movement beyond their comfort level. We maintain clear walkways, available seating, and accessible restrooms at all program locations.

We welcome participants with mobility challenges and have had attendees with physical disabilities fully participate in our labs. Instructions are explained clearly and can be repeated when needed. Printed materials are provided during sessions, and digital copies can be shared in advance upon request.

If a participant requires a reasonable accommodation, we encourage advance communication so we can make appropriate arrangements such as listening devices, braille print scripts. We are committed to working with individuals to ensure they can engage meaningfully in our programs.

Accessibility for us means more than compliance. It means making sure people can walk in, feel comfortable, and fully participate in the creative process.
